At RD AMMA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our items (food and consumables), we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons related to taste preferences, personal dislike, or opened packages due to food safety standards.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@rdamma.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the product showing damage or issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange for return pickup (if applicable) or issue a replacement/refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Product delivered was damaged or defective
- Product was not delivered due to our error
- You were sent the wrong item
4. Exchanges & Replacements
If you received a defective or wrong product, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. We may not request the return of the original product in certain cases.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Custom or special orders
- Products without proof of purchase
- Items reported after the 48-hour return window
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email us immediately at support@rdamma.com with your order number.
